Blackwell Grange Ladies Section Raises £3,700 for Great North Air Ambulance
We’re thrilled to celebrate the incredible efforts of outgoing Ladies’ Captain, Gill Cotgrave, who raised an impressive £3,700 for the Great North Air Ambulance Service (GNAAS) during her captaincy!
This vital charity provides pioneering pre-hospital care across the North of England, rescuing hundreds of severely injured or ill patients every year. GNAAS relies entirely on donations, and Gill’s hard work and dedication will make a real difference in supporting their life-saving work. A huge thank you to Gill for an amazing year of fundraising!
About Our Thriving Ladies’ Section
The Ladies’ Section at Blackwell Grange Golf Club is welcoming, friendly, and ideal for golfers of all abilities. With around 100 members, we offer a supportive environment for new and seasoned players alike.
- New Members Welcome: We operate a buddy scheme to help new members settle in quickly and feel at home.
- Competitions & Events: Enjoy a mix of competitive and fun formats, including Medal and Stableford qualifiers, knock-outs, and trophy prizes.
- Tee Times: Our primary competition day is Wednesday, with reserved tee times from 10:30am to 1:00pm, plus additional Sunday competitions during the summer.
